I was given a number of attorneys names by a friend and called three out of five of them, it was when I spoke with Mark that I knew I did not need to look any further.
My case was a very complicated one as , I worked for both the parent company as well as all the subsidiaries . It was a case that crossed topics and complaints and in essence, was just not clear cut. I also had a notable position and was an employee that had many years of tenure.
Despite my having piles of information, documents and incidents that I wanted to communicate (and did ), it was never too much for Mark, nor did I ever talk too much or describe too much.From the onset, it was clear that this was going to be a partnership and not a relationship where I was being told what to do, rather there was a joint process adhered to, that made me feel totally inclusive of all decisions and strategies. Together Mark and I developed a plan of action which was adjusted upon mutual agreement as the case proceeded. Mark was always available to talk with me, and if he wasn’t he would return my call within 24 hours.
While the case was very complicated and extremely multi-faceted together we went through everything and devised a strategy. Many witness were involved and the other party tried not to comply with requests and notices. Mark stood firm , steadfast and persistent , all while motivating me to stay strong and assuring me that he would not back down no matter what, and he did not back down despite the other party constantly trying to play games. Mark in my view would often go beyond the call of duty, but that is ultimately what got this case resolved. I was often frustrated and upset about the other parties’ tactics, Mark in turn, dug deeper and through persistence and real understanding , was always able to thwart any tactics they employed. Mark remained resolved and most importantly confident.
My working for the parent company in addition to four subsidiaries which all performed different business purpose meant there was a lot for Mark to both understand , analyze and ultimately formulate into a concise state of circumstances. The process would be daunting to many, it was even a little daunting to me and I knew what I was dealing with. Nonetheless Mark never blinked an eyelid and just got on with it. There are really many things I could say about my experience having Mark represent me but I would literally have to write a book, maybe I will. I have had many challenges in my life, but this was by far the most difficult and emotional experience of my life . The fact that I was Blessed by having Mark represent me is an understatement if ever there was one.
